Surrender your phone, smart phones and devices, and join one of our wellbeing mornings in beautifully historic Market Bosworth.
The setting is at Cowpastures Farm, a 120 acre working farm, comprising of beautiful woodlands and fields. It’s the perfect location to get away from the stresses of daily life (and your phone!) and to take time out for yourself, to try something new, and to rejuvenate the body and mind.
Reconnect with nature, retreat to the forest and nurture your wellbeing on a Wellbeing Day.
Unless unsafe, Wellbeing Days will continue regardless of weather conditions, so bring appropriate clothing and an open mindset!

Our much-loved Outdoor Wellbeing Days in Market Bosworth will be back in 2026, with an exciting revamp – and we can’t wait to welcome you!
These mornings will be a mixture of Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, and fit in perfectly with busy life.
A chance to slow down, reconnect with nature, and give yourself the gift of rest and renewal.
Working in partnership with local specialists, there are two types of self-care mornings that you can choose for yourself, as a gift, or join in with friends!
" A Restorative Reboot" - 9:00 - 12:30 - (Dates: 18th May, 4th July and 7th September 2026) £45 per person
Mindful movement with walks and gentle yoga
Deep relaxation with meditation and breathwork under the forest canopy
Sleep Clinic - Q&A session with Clinical Sleep Scientist Louise from Ashby Sleep Solutions
Nourishment - Hot drinks and light snack
“The Joyful Reset” - 9:00 - 12:30 - (12th June, 1st August and 28th September 2026) £50 per person
Mindfulness and play - with clay modelling
Learn about scents and get creative with aromatherapy, and an opportunity to make your own pillow mist
Laughter yoga - express and free your inner child!
Nourishment - Hot drinks and light snack

Attending the wellbeing day was a truly rejuvenating experience. The event was impeccably organised and set in beautiful woodland surroundings, which added to the sense of peace and relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the yoga and mindfulness activities, including aromatherapy, which helped me to unwind and reconnect with myself.
Spending the day without our phones allowed us to connect with each other on a personal level, free from distractions, and we had a lot of fun doing so.

I went onto a wellbeing day ran by Annie and it was fabulous. Time away from my phone and the world for 6 hours was total bliss. I tried things within but also out of my comfort zone and thoroughly enjoyed each one. If you’re open minded and willing to give anything a go you’ll get so much out of this day. What an enjoyable and relaxing day! I really appreciated the digital detox, which allowed me to fully concentrate on the mindful activities that we took part in. Yoga and meditation in the woods was especially calming for me, hearing the birds in the wood whilst connecting with the world around me
